Hi! Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I hope what you’ve read so far speaks to you, and I hope we can connect soon. But first, a little bit more about me:
I am a bilingual life coach and counsellor (English/French), originally from Benin and now based in Montréal. I weave together concepts and techniques rooted in narrative therapy, bibliotherapy, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, and creative/expressive writing in our coaching sessions to help you explore your purpose and reclaim your agency, so you can rewrite your life story with meaning, awareness, and intention.
I earned a Bachelor’s (B.A.) in Psychology and a Master’s (M.A.) in Clinical Mental Health Counselling in the U.S. before moving to Montréal. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), accredited by the State of Illinois, a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C) accredited by the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and a Certified Solution-focused Therapist (R.A.), accredited by the Association of Complementary Medicine Practitioners and Therapists (RITMA).

Everyday, the clients I work with remind me that we do not seek help because we are powerless but because we have been disconnected from our agency and internal power through societal, historical, and systemic adverse conditioning.
